I was waiting for the car and I was given a delicious cup of tea and a biscuit. All in all the time passed very quickly.
Because I was very satisfied with the service experience.

Everything went well
Billy Harris is incompetent as a sales person. Was unaware of the appt, ran out of fuel (i had to push without thanks!). My car was booked in at 11, but wasn't dealt with until near 2. Worst experience of my 10 years with Peter Vardy.
Telephoned to enquire about MOT and service and was told that I wouldnt need a service. When I arrived for the MOT I was told I required a full (big!) service. As I am considering changing cars this would have been taken into consideration.
Was kept upto date with all aspects of my service throughout the day.

Good service but 79',000 miles you should not need drive shafts replaced!
At the time of booking I was advised I was booked in for an express 90 minute service including a wash and hoover. as I was waiting for my car. I arrived at 8.20 am and got my keys back at 11 am, impacted greatly on the rest of my day!!
My service booking on 17 Nov was lost so had to rearrange. Told I had a service pack when I didnt. Reason was the service had been booked but not in my name. Pointed out fault on alloy and was told a warranty manager would be in touch. Now 28 Nov
Had a tyer problem had insurance but felt let down on this occasion.
The whole place is too ponsy for my liking - dolled up girls being very courteous with free tea and coffee etc, but it all seems false to me. You don't get to talk to anybody directly concerned with the service. I don't have confidence in them.

Faultless throughout from making the initial telephone Service booking to driving away upon completion. Svce Advisor, Jordan Inglis, informative & efficient, provided an unexpected courtesy car, having pointed out my X3 required recall repairs.
No problem with passing its first MOT and nothing warranty wise needed.
Very satisfied with the contact experience i. e. provision of a courtesy car, offer of service being done immediately, phone contact when car was ready for collection and the clean condition of the car on collection.
Jordan the service advisor who dealt with me was very professional, helpful and prompt on providing updates. Overall customer experience was amazing.

I was disappointed that the member of staff that I dealt with was not aware of a problem (albeit minor) that had been highlighted by the service technician. He offered to call me but I ended up having to call back a week later to find out. :-(

I brought the car in for a brake service I was told the brake ods needed hanged and the brake discs. I have a relative that a mechanic and he said they were ok and there was nothing wrong with them.
Had great service from the guys on the front. Would of been better had Jessica been there! Cant wait till she is back from maternity leave!

Felt well looked after at every stage of the process.
Service indication on one drive not updated so now have a service error light each time i switch on. Small thing but makes me question what else was missed.
Peter Vardy are spot on , excellent pressure free sales team and the service team are excellent , the cars quality let's it down and the fact BMW can't fix my car is terrible

The time from break down collection to being ready was six days. I was told it would be available Thursday, I explained I couldnt call Thursday but would collect Friday. I called Friday to be told it wasnt ready. I had to call back Saturday.
As item 1 above It should not have to be like this I give you 'Fairly Satisfied' as I wish to put this experience behind me and move forward
When I booked my car in it was not explained that if I wanted my car early that day I should have let them know when handing over my car keys. This resulted in not getting my car back until 4pm when I had booked it in at 8am that morning.
Looked after me well. Organised a courtesy car short notice for me too. Jordan was extremely helpful.
When I came for my service I was told that there was a re-call issue to be dealt with too which would take longer than I was expecting. I chose to re-book the car and return on a different day. Why wasn't I told about this sooner, saving me 2 trips?
Regular updates on progress allowed me to plan my return trip to pick up the car.
The problem I had with the car seems to have been resolved on the first visit to the service dept.

Excellent both prior to and during the servicing/end of warranty check, I was kept informed of changes to time for collection due to the need to parts which were ordered and fitted on the same day therefore avoiding having to have a follow up visist.

Was kept waiting for over 15 minutes on a busy work morning to pick-up the car after a completely routine service. Handover could have been handled by the reception desk team.

Polite staff and a willingness to help is often difficult to find in modern times but both are available with enthusiasm at Peter Vardy.
I have come to know the staff st Peter Vardy very well. They give me the confidence to expect great service and they deliver on every occasion. A credit to BMW.
We were told the service would take an hour so we waited in situ but ended up waiting two hours instead. On collecting the car we found that although it was cleaned externally there was no evidence that it was vacuumed on the inside.

Having originally sold a car to the dealership at Seafield, Edinburgh, we have continued to use them to both buy, service, MOT and repair vehicles and have always found the staff in all departments to be friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
Excellent service from staff always willing to assist and oblige. The wait for the work took somewhat longer than the 2 hours but, refreshments and a free valet/ wash for the time inconvenience certainly helped. Liked the post inspection video :)

Unhappy with 2 things: Camera cable (usually hidden) was left lying loose over the passenger mat. No attempt to hide the cable. Also front of car valeted but back seats not touched. A 2 hr visit took 3 hrs and so had no time to complain re cable

The job was done very fast with a walk round video sent to me by text so I could see the technicians review.

The service and MOT were carried out in the time specified by friendly and helpful staff . This is why I choose to bypass John Clark in Aberdeen and travel to Edinburgh for a service etc. I have
immediate discount offered on servicing and on work to be carried out to pass MOT, made me feel original prices were not genuine. A bulb which needed replacing (parking light) wasn't replaced. Delighted interest free option to pay costs over 6 months
Great customer communication and service
Welcomed at desk, dealt with quickly and politely, handed my keys over to the service agent and was promised updates. Got a video health check shortly afterwards followed by a text update.

As above, your staff are excellent and take care of you but charging over 3 times what an independent bmw specialist quotes means that your are prohibitively expensive.
I have used other BMW dealers in the past, although they have been great, the service provided at Peter Vardy is exceptional, above and beyond the others.

This facility was excellent, with attentive staff and no pressure from the sales team.
Peter Vardy BMW have always given me the advise I need once they have listened to my needs as opposed to just telling me what I want. Ross Green in particular is a salesman I have always went back to because he has always listened to what I want.
From entry to the centre we were greeted and everyone was very pleasant. The salesman had even phoned to say that if we were early he could see us on arrival. He did have a client prior but the phone call was good customer service in our opinion.
