Some confusion over the price of the work carried out! I think I was quoted 4 different figures for the job.
A planned "recall" modification to the child-seat anchorages was cancelled at short notice, because of a welding machine malfunction.Since I don't use child seats, this mod. can be carried out at the next service.
Personal service was great (Ryan at Peter Vardy could not do enough to help).Service was efficient and on time.
Entire process from the very beginning to the end was spotless. After terrible experience from another BMW dealership this felt like fresh air.
I was not booked in to have a curtisy car but Ryan who served me was great and found out if they had one available or if there was a driver that could take me to the meeting I had as the car was going to be more than 2 hours. Great service!
Service in BMW Edinburgh shop floor whilst I was there is as always second to none, however; service provided was wrong and new bulbs replaced when not necessary as the following day the same fault reappeared.

Nadia went out of her way to help with trying to troubleshoot an erratic non start fault. She assisted with keeping the car for a 2 week period & having the technician check via diagnostics if the fault would occur. She was very patient

I was phoned to come up in Oct I arrived in Nov and was turned away saying I wasn't due a service despite being phoned by yourself in Oct. When I said this I couldn't get an answer and was sent away after diving 60mile I complained got no respect
I have had nothing but great service from Peter Vardy BWM Edinburgh at every point of contact. The service due was highlighted to me by the dealership allowing me plenty time to book and make the arrangements i needed to for hire car etc.
I found the process unnecessary stressful and inconvenient. I was told to drop the car off at 830am, but was later told that I shouldn't hve had too. Internal miscommunication by peer vardy. I had to continually ask for updates and was waiting about

Informed that when checking oil issues that it is Vardys policy to drain off my oil then reuse it. Really !!!!!
It was easy and straightforward to deal with them, staff were polite and courteous and kept me informed and everything agreed was done in a quicker time than indicated originally.
Initially, severely disappointed that an 8 month old £40,000 vehicle had failed.However the repair process was fairly painless, thanks to Jessica.

Very happy with the warranty and coverage of it and the repairs which were carried out. Only reason for the lower mark was that although it went in over the holiday period it took almost 4 weeks before finished due to waiting on parts not in stock

Everything was has free from start to finish.
The service on the day was good. However the planning around courtesy car was poor. I needed registration for tempt parking permit but they couldn't give as didn't know which 1 it would be. This disrupted plans for day.

Attention to detail
Took a bit longer than initial indication but staff were pleasant and car was returned fully valeted. Unfortunately the engine stop system at lights etc is not working since service but will return to have fixed.
