At Peter Vardy our BMW Genius is not a sales person, our Geniuses are there to help you understand the products and technologies in more detail to allow you to make a confident and informed decision about the BMW that suits you. Geniuses have extensive knowledge of our products, and will spend as long as it takes to educate you about your choices and to help you with facts, figures, explanations and demonstrations.

The product genius role is just one way BMW are rethinking the dealership experience. The physical space is being transformed to open plan spaces with large screens helping our Guests to visualise their configured BMW. The Genius offers a seamless transition from the digital store to the physical one. Customers can begin researching and configuring a car online, and once they enter the showroom the Genius can build upon this knowledge and extend the relationship that began in the digital space. The relationship doesn’t end there, you will meet your Genius again when you take delivery of your BMW, and will contact you following your purchase for a brief follow up to ensure you are happy with your new BMW.
