After returning the car for warranty work, one issues was fixed and the other wasn't. A resolution for the exhaust was almost sorted however I haven't heard anything further. The exhaust still rattles.

Because I’m not happy with the way in which Peter Vardy expect its customers to pay for the diagnosing of known obvious faults. Having non technical people being the interface for a technical service is rather a flawed model.

The fault causing the boot light to remain on was not detected by the electronics test. The electronics in the car are sophisticated but this can lead to helpful things happening such as electric windows dropping after locking up.
