I've been and a lot and met with the same standard as a first so to me that's very well good
After 6 hours of investigative work (what I was told but not charged for) the problem was unresolved. 4 additional hours were sought for further investigation which I declined - I have subsequently sold the car - reluctantly through sheer frustration
Ryan was our service representative and was very attentive and helpful. It was nice to have someone like him to work with. Felt the service provided was very good.
Speedy booking for the day after I phoned, and Jordan kept me well informed with progress of servicing and when car could be collected. Jordan explained cost of service in advance.

The service staff who dealt with me were very good. I can't help but mention, however, that the reception staff offered someone a coffee who arrived after me and, despite talking to me, didn't offer me the same. Not very good customer service.
I was told that the vehicle check could take up to 3 hours and the work was completed within that timescale. I was also informed of progress made throughout the visit. The coffee and croissant was also good!

4 star for eventually fixing an 8 month fault with my car. However on return of my vehicle it had developed a further (unrelated) fault that after 1 month I'm still waiting on a phone call to confirm what is happening with it. So 3 star overall.

I am of the opinion that during my car's health check in late March, the air conditioning function was not properly checked.

This was for a recall item which I found out about myself i.e. Peter Vardy never contacted me to advise a recall was required.

As above-mentioned . Had to replace 4 tyres for what was a tracking issue and this should have been corrected before I bought the vehicle. BMW refused to accept liability. Frankly for two tyres to be affected by irregular and severe wear is unlikely.
My car wasnt washed or hoovered otherwise i would have given a higher score

Staff are very professional but friendly and down to earth at the same time. We felt very relaxed and comfortable with each of the people we spent time with.
Originally offered a mini as a courtesy car, but received a new m140i which was great. PV were also flexible in allowing me the car over an extra few days as I had travel commitments, which was great!

The issue with my car was fixed quickly
They quickly fixed the oil seal and gave me back my car gleaming which was lovely to see.
The deputy service manager Nadia was very helpful. The only thing I dont like is the continual loud music in the waiting area. Clients do not go there to listen to your choice of music. They usually want to read, work or listen to their own music.

Overall very good. We had booked car in for summer check whilst having pre arranged appt with member of sales team at VIP event. The car had summer check and wash but there wasn't enough time to valet it unfortunately in the 2 1/2hrs we were there.

Service centre were extremely attentive, and senior tech came out with me in the car to listen to suspension noises. Software updates were carried out at no cost. Would use service centre again.

After the service my car was cleaned .. the valet resulted in my car having marks all over the window trim (as if some unsuitable chemical has been used). This has happened on two other ocassions when my car has had a valet at BMW. Very annoying.

Peter Vardy are always attentive; keep you in the loop as to what is happening (during a service visit) and serve good coffee whilst you wait.
Small point - Would have given full marks had I been offered tea/coffee while I was waiting for my car. I was sat right in front of the tea/coffee facility and although someone did eventually ask, I had already been there for 1 hr 25 mins.
When I picked up the car initially a warning light was showing but when I raised this Jordan was good enough to have it sorted right away.
The booking-in process was straight forward. The courtesy shuttle into the centre of Edinburgh was excellent. The car was ready when promised and had been valeted. The price including the requested MOT was less than I had anticipated.
I bought my previous and current car from Peter Vardy. Customer service was excellent and staff were both polite and knowledgable throughout. I was particularly impressed by the reception staff who couldn't do enough to make me welcome.

While the issue may not be completely resolved (water leak and difficult to detect) the staff were first class in their handling of the situation with prompt attention.
Collected car and drove on to the A1, after a few minutes the Tyre Low Pressure warning came on. I returned to Vardy Seafield and again Ryan attended to me immediately. I waited one hour and twenty minutes whilst car was in Tyre Deptno fault of Ryan
Service took 90 mins longer than scheduled with no additional works required to justify. Was not informed things were running late until I specifically asked why the delay. Resulted in my being late for another appointment

Car was late being ready, but my service adviser was good enough to give me a room to take the conference call I was otherwise going to miss due to the delay.
I have had no reply on a query I had reference the deterioration of paintwork on the bonnet. As the car is only one year old I would have thought this would have been a priority to rectify.

My wife & I were met at reception by a friendly lady who arranged refreshments while we waited to see our contact . Within a few minutes I was introduced to a gentleman who arranged everything including handing the keys for the courtesy car .
When I walked in the showroom I thought I was going into a discotheque. Personally I did not think the music and the volume where appropriate for a car showroom. I was attended by the receptionist who asked me to take a seat to await the service .
Ryan was able to get my car done first thing, meaning I waited rather than take the courtesy car that was arranged.

Not sure if the Summer Checkup included checking tyre pressures. If it didn't, am completely satisfied. If it did, they weren't checked because the tyre pressure sensor warned of low pressure on my way home.
