Peter Vardy are spot on , excellent pressure free sales team and the service team are excellent , the cars quality let's it down and the fact BMW can't fix my car is terrible
The time from break down collection to being ready was six days. I was told it would be available Thursday, I explained I couldnt call Thursday but would collect Friday. I called Friday to be told it wasnt ready. I had to call back Saturday.
Jordan was very professional and kept me informed about the progress of my car throughout. Highly recommended

When I booked my car in it was not explained that if I wanted my car early that day I should have let them know when handing over my car keys. This resulted in not getting my car back until 4pm when I had booked it in at 8am that morning.
Looked after me well. Organised a courtesy car short notice for me too. Jordan was extremely helpful.

The problem I had with the car seems to have been resolved on the first visit to the service dept.
When I came for my service I was told that there was a re-call issue to be dealt with too which would take longer than I was expecting. I chose to re-book the car and return on a different day. Why wasn't I told about this sooner, saving me 2 trips?
Regular updates on progress allowed me to plan my return trip to pick up the car.
Routine service. Car ready on time. Car valeted. However question about rusting hubs not answered until reminded. Not offered any solutions.

I have come to know the staff st Peter Vardy very well. They give me the confidence to expect great service and they deliver on every occasion. A credit to BMW.

We were told the service would take an hour so we waited in situ but ended up waiting two hours instead. On collecting the car we found that although it was cleaned externally there was no evidence that it was vacuumed on the inside.
Having originally sold a car to the dealership at Seafield, Edinburgh, we have continued to use them to both buy, service, MOT and repair vehicles and have always found the staff in all departments to be friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
No problems with the service we received
Excellent service from staff always willing to assist and oblige. The wait for the work took somewhat longer than the 2 hours but, refreshments and a free valet/ wash for the time inconvenience certainly helped. Liked the post inspection video :)
Unhappy with 2 things: Camera cable (usually hidden) was left lying loose over the passenger mat. No attempt to hide the cable. Also front of car valeted but back seats not touched. A 2 hr visit took 3 hrs and so had no time to complain re cable

My Service Advisor Grace was extremely helpful with everything and kept me updated regularly.
I was told that the vehicle check could take up to 3 hours and the work was completed within that timescale. I was also informed of progress made throughout the visit. The coffee and croissant was also good!

This was for a recall item which I found out about myself i.e. Peter Vardy never contacted me to advise a recall was required.
Originally offered a mini as a courtesy car, but received a new m140i which was great. PV were also flexible in allowing me the car over an extra few days as I had travel commitments, which was great!
As above-mentioned . Had to replace 4 tyres for what was a tracking issue and this should have been corrected before I bought the vehicle. BMW refused to accept liability. Frankly for two tyres to be affected by irregular and severe wear is unlikely.
