From booking my service to getting my vehicle returned, I was dealt with in the most courteous, efficient and professional manner by Nicole and the service /valeting team.
All went very smoothly.
The car was arranged to be collected at 15:00 hrs. On arrival to collect the car I was informed that it was going to be 2 hrs late because the wrong time had been put on the job card.
Very well looked after.
The team kept us informed at all times and were very helpful
I was kept up to date all the way through my experience. The vehicle was returned to me promptly, and beautifully clean

The staff were very pleasant and professional. However, I had a courtesy car and I couldn't get it back the same day due to other commitments (school pick up, after school class) and I live about 30 miles from garage. Was very stressful.

Good service received, however got a hire car that was on the fuel reserve and was told I needed to fill it up to the level it was at - I had to fill it up as soon as I drove out the car park
They discovered the fault, were pro-active and did the repair quickly under the BMW guarantee, lending me a car overnight. All this for a new customer who had not even booked (as I did not know anything was wrong).

BMW were contacted by Peter Vardy re a reoccurring rear spring failure and obtained a significant discount on the bill.
Peter carry BMW couldn't do more to help me out with repairs to the car and making sure I was delivered a hire car for the duration of the car being in for repairs

Retrofit job great. Air con recharge carried out again- 3rd (maybe more) time since I got car. As before was only partly effective. In very hot weather a few days later was totally ineffective.
Staff recognised I was waiting in the showroom and therefore ensured I was kept updated throughout and the service was carried out as quickly as possible.

Service as usual was excellent. The reason I was not completely satisfied related to my view that a fault with the air-conditioning should have been picked up at the warranty expiry check which took place 5 weeks earlier.
All staff were pleasant & helpful but booked a 1 1/2 hour slot & was almost 4 hrs before getting car back. Was over 2hrs before anyone told me what was happening
good at r/pt, but the two new tyres fitted showed signs of the lubricant used to put tyres on with, this was particarly disappointing as one of the wheels had actually been reparied and should have been peffect- also one tyre valve is wrong colour

I was in for an MOT and then phoned to say big service due. Extortionate price given originally and then came down in price. I could have had this done elsewhere for half the price. Discovered steering column needed replaced,3year old car with 25K
Care taken to the car was fine but nobody approached us as we waited for 45 minutes and offered us any hospitality. When I deal with landrover the service is far more organised.

I bought a 63 plate E89 which had a problem with the pneumatic pump on the driver seat. I contacted Alan McMillan who was the salesperson i had dealt with and he immediately arranged for the car to be collected from Dundee and repaired ASAP.

The booking of my first service was so easy. The staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating and very helpful. The gentleman who booked me in talked me through what would happen and the lady also explained this when I took it in on the day.

Great customer service
No particular areas for improvement. I was pleased that I didn't have to pay for the cost of the repair, just the diagnosis. Your staff were helpful and pleasant. A bit disappointed that the unit had failed on a 3 year old car.
The customer service element was quite good, but issues working out what was and what wasn't covered under warrenty were irritating.Added to which my rear windscreen wiper hasn't been fixed.
Good service with regular updates
Tomasz and Joshua were both brilliant to work with. Both fantastic members of staff and are credit to Peter Vardy BMW. From the word go, Tomasz new exactly what I wanted and Josh completed the handover brilliantly.

Professional advice, patience, welcoming atmosphere in the showroom with kids friendly area. We also had a special request for the delivery date, as the car was a birthday present, and the car came just in time.
The whole experience was just fantastic, I felt extremely valued. The handover by Josh was amazing, he spend so much time with me going through how every button, lever and dial worked.
At time of purchase the staff were wonderful. However there was very little feedback during the waiting process, my handover was a fiasco, my private plate wasn't put on therefore I had no insurance, paperwork was wrong too.
