Service was completed on time
The garage sent a video of work alerting me to the fact my front tyres were requiring changed. When I collected the car and inquired about this the hand over agent just shrugged and sai he thought all was ok. I therefore had the tyres replaced. mysel
Good quality of work. Didn't go for 5pm as the communication was a bit awkward at times.
Wheel change took longer than I was told, more like 2 hours rather than up to 90 mins.
Service was done to what was specified and vehicle health check was thorough. Unfortunately it could not be done to the time requested but this was understood as garage was busy
Anazing, loved the text updates and video if my car that was emaiked to me.
As above, easting my time as now yet again i have to ho back to garage .

Whilst my X5 has been in for a persistent boot rattle on four occasions now; the effort and commitment invested by Brian who heads up their service area and his team; is first class and gave me confidence, that we would always resolve this matter.
We were sent a video which was barely audible notifying us that our tyres were needing changed. At no other point in the service was this made clear to us. I would have thought that bmw would have seen this as a safety concern.

We were completely satisfied with the work which was recently carried out on our car. The chap dealing with us on the day was Jordan Inglis and he was very courteous and explained in detail what work had been carried out to the car.
Nothing special and came away with a fault, more inconvenience.
I was told front tyres were rubbing on inside and I needed geometry done. When I confirmed that this was done a couple of thousand miles ago by this garage I was told that I had probably driven into a pot hole. When told I hadnt agent shrugged

Everything was done efficiently. Date of service changed easily after snow prevented original date. Hire car available. My car cleaned.
My service was handled by Ryan Kecheran who was very helpful and once the service was finished he sent me a Video explaining all the work that had been carried out. The car was also washed and valeted.

The process for servicing the vehicle was seemless, car was collected and dropped off. No hidden charges and collection driver was (as always) friendly and helpful.

Service and mot booked. Arrived at 4.50 for collection. Car not ready until 6pm so more than an hour waiting. And then I found out the service hadn't been completed as it was not due for another week. So car in for a day just for mot and hour wait
when I handed the car in for service the receptionist explained everything and we were offered a mini bus lift up to the cityI received a phone call informing me only service parts required and when I picked the car up it had been washed & valeted .
