After returning the car for warranty work, one issues was fixed and the other wasn't. A resolution for the exhaust was almost sorted however I haven't heard anything further. The exhaust still rattles.

I was kept up to date on my service and also received a personal video of my car when it was in getting its service. Also received a complimentary valet as well!!

I was asked if I wanted to wait for the MOT as it could be done "there and then" but ended up having to wait for 2 hours. As there moving cars back into the showroom at the same time, it was very cold.

I was confused about the service my car was going in for. As it hadn't been serviced for more than a year I thought it was going in for a full service, as I had no indication otherwise. I only found out later that it was only for a brake check.
All work done as expected. Car runs beautifully and was given a complimentary wash & vacuuming.

Would have given 5 stars however condition based service on dashboard not reset bleeping warning every time turn on car. Not a major issue as need another appointment to have a headlamp sensor under warranty otherwise additional 45 mile round trip

The staff were absolutely lovely so they would get full marks from me.Unfortunately when I booked in I was told it would take 90 minutes to complete so I opted to wait for it. I was still waiting after 2 and a half hours.

Because Im not happy with the way in which Peter Vardy expect its customers to pay for the diagnosing of known obvious faults. Having non technical people being the interface for a technical service is rather a flawed model.
Helpful, friendly, efficient. Liked the video. Pleased to have the car delivered home. One improvement : I got a text that the car was on track to be ready 15.00. Was well on my way to PV when I got a call that it would not be ready until next day.
I had to wait some time but the staff were always attentive and kept me fully informed.

The service was completed in approximately 3 hours from dropping it off. I took advantage of the shuttle service into town, which was great.
Took 5 weeks to return vehicle following repairs carried out on insurance. Often impossible to get a phone call through: Calls repeatedly cut off whilst being transferred etc. Service rep uncontactable, failed to email estimate, then away on holiday!
Good service apart from wasn't told prior to attending the car would be required for 2 days, so had to change plans. But wasn't a major issue.
The garage are in contact with you all the time so you know exactly what stage of the servicing you are at.

The valet was not brilliant. The inside sills (behind the open doors) were not touched and the previous time the inside window had not been touched.
Higher car provided during fault finding & my car returned with a full tank of diesel & valeted.

Job well done by Peter Vardy. When I telephoned to book an appointment to sort out an error message regarding the brakes on my car, the earliest appointment they could give me was about two weeks away.
With Scott working hard to fix my car and Ryan keeping me updated on progress on an almost daily basis, I was happy that I was being well looked after.
Ryan went out of his way to get the car fixed and keep me informed while doing it. Absolutely delighted with the service I'm getting as a customer.

At the recent service, Arthur (Chief Mechanic?) and Jordan Inglis have been of good assistance. They appeared to be genuinely concerned and interested in getting the car`s issues satisfactorily resolved.

Issue resolved quickly and communication was good
The fault causing the boot light to remain on was not detected by the electronics test. The electronics in the car are sophisticated but this can lead to helpful things happening such as electric windows dropping after locking up.
Vardy's were very helpful and spent a lot of time working on car which make me believe they too considered it a problem, carrying out all instructions from BMW technical but when nothing worked they advised no more could be done without BMW approval.

I had a great experience!
The issue was that I arrived on the agreed day to have my winter wheels fitted, waited for 1.5 hours, and then was told that they didn't have my wheels, which were instead in Glasgow. I had to come back another day, and another 1.5 hours...
I was resolving very confusing issues with the parking sensors on my vehicle.

Car returned with incorrect tyre pressures despite the report saying under inflation was causing tyre cracking. Called and emailed many times to find out what the correct tyre pressures should be and no reply,admission of a mistake or answer provided

At the time of booking I was advised I was booked in for an express 90 minute service including a wash and hoover. as I was waiting for my car. I arrived at 8.20 am and got my keys back at 11 am, impacted greatly on the rest of my day!!
Faultless throughout from making the initial telephone Service booking to driving away upon completion. Svce Advisor, Jordan Inglis, informative & efficient, provided an unexpected courtesy car, having pointed out my X3 required recall repairs.
My service booking on 17 Nov was lost so had to rearrange. Told I had a service pack when I didnt. Reason was the service had been booked but not in my name. Pointed out fault on alloy and was told a warranty manager would be in touch. Now 28 Nov

The whole place is too ponsy for my liking - dolled up girls being very courteous with free tea and coffee etc, but it all seems false to me. You don't get to talk to anybody directly concerned with the service. I don't have confidence in them.
