Love my new car but the customer service was extremely poor. Lack of communication from centre and paperwork was incorrect. When picking up my new car there was a problem with taxing it and I had to leave with my trade in.

I feel the dealership neglected to chase the vehicle when it didn't arrive at the end of December. It may have been due the lack of direct contact available with BMW but feel this should've been escalated a lot sooner and management failed to act.

This visit was mainly for a routine Brake Fluid change however the rear brakes were checked (at my request) - together with front pads & all tyres. Recommendations have been taken on board for replacements with advice from Mr Bartleman.

I was particularly happy and grateful to Lewis in the service section because he was able to get the faulty sensor replaced FOC (due to the fact that the car is low mileage and not that long out of warranty).

I was provided with a courtesy car, which was brought to my house. I was sent a video showing a health check, and the mechanic, Lewis, gave me updates throughout the two weeks my X1 was in the garage.

Shaun went out of his way to help us when we had a puncture and arrived at the showroom late one evening just before the Bank Holiday! We were very appreciative of his help and support, and friendly manner. He's a real asset to the service team.

Shaun went out of his way to carry out diagnostics for the repair of defective heated side mirror and even though the car was retained overnight I picked up the car the following morning. Initially spoke to Billy and he was extremely helpful too.

Only slight issue is the amount of time BMW need the car, booked it in at 10:00, was told to collect at 17:00, no 'waiting' appointment was available, be nice if the delivery window was reduced... loved the free wash though!...

Unfortunately my front grill was damaged while my car was it (14th March). There was also a small flap left open under the engine. I have advised your rep (Lewis) about my front grill and am awaiting a reply regards what can be done about it.

The experience is good, but the one let down is the fact that when the car is in for service the memory settings on the driver's seat is always wiped, the technician moves the seat and it then takes ages to get it to the correct position again.

I had great help from Shaun Samson to solve the issue with my car tyre. He was excellent and made everything very easy for me, letting me know what was happening at every stage and getting my car back to me asap.

Unable to get someone to return my calls during the day about my car being ready until late in the afternoon - it was ready. Problem may have been caused by the service desk at BMW Mini being closed for some good reason.

Service was completed but I drove out and windscreen fluid was empty plus i had a slow puncture that was ahowing on the tyre pressure. I think it would have been nice to have mentioned the tyre issue.

Overall a good experience however sadly disappointed as shortly after picking my car up from the service department a tyre pressure warning came on and I had to adjust them myself. I do not believe this should have happened.

There was no communication and I was never informed that the car will be kept overnight due to staff shortages. If I was given the option I would have picked up and dropped off myself. No call all day and I had to change evening plans due to no com.

This was the second time in 4 months that the car was in for EGR recall.An inspection only again. Unnecessary? I had thought that parts were being replaced. I guess there will be ongoing inspections as the problem may turn up in future.
