I had told Ryan that I was disappointed at not being invited to a recent golf event that Peter Vardy hosted.Not only did Ryan apologise and made sure I was on the list for next year, he also gave me a free voucher when I collected my car.
I said I did not want a car valet as in a hurry and they did it anyway. Waited for ages with no-one coming to see me. Felt "abandoned" by staff.
As stated above,service was excellent and looked after me well
Car was in for service & MOT . We came back to discover car wasn't ready . The car was to be ready about 4pm . We eventually had to leave at 4.30pm ( we live in Berwick upon Tweed ) & had to re -arrange a return visit to have brake fluid changed .
Car valeted upon it's return.
My car was ready on the date given, the staff took me through the complete process and kept me informed throughout the buying process. Sales and customer service staff were great (courteous and polite).

As mentioned...2 long to get problem sorted (still not), damaged car once in for repair, I had to chase rather than u keep me up to date (again until Nadia took over and this improved).

I am totally upset about the condition of my car as since the damage started showing up on the rear back door it has since spread to the other back door and is now showing signs of starting on the two front doors.

Relatively easy to book in, the lady I dealt with on the phone was very helpful although it did take some time to get an appointment. From taking the keys in, the meet and greet were very helpful and then Ryan maintained contact throughout the day.

Kept waiting for my car after service. Waited so long that I couldn't stay for the car to be valeted and not for the first time.

The service was great but not having tyre to replace the faulty one meant returning again to complete the job which would have been time consuming for me.
I was pleased that my car was ready to collect however due to reasons stated above, I was dissatisfied with the service as I am still waiting for alloy to get repaired.

Was advised at time of booking car may not be close enough to service to carry out. Whilst updates were provided I was not told service had not been done until after I had collected car and saw on dash it was still due.
The problems I raised where not fixed, the car is still making the electrical noise and I was advised by Jordan an extensive road test had been done, when only 4 miles worth of fuel is used that it not extensive in my view
Everything was done to the agreed timescale and I received regular updates on the progress of my vehicle.

I had no communication about the work being done even after I phoned for an update. I received an advisory which I asked if it was covered by my extended warranty. I was told I would be contacted to confirm if it was, again no one called.
overall information/knowledge displayed by the personnel gives total assurance that the car is being properly attended to.
Peter Vardy are excellent. The tyre was ordered quickly, the appointment made easily to get the tyre replaced and the service was excellent.
As mentioned above I have always received excellent service and always receive follow up communication.
My issues were not really addressed at all-gps in x5 still finds my house and other addresses two blocks away whil my previous x3 never had that issue with same navigation system. Point here is that the dealership should be escalating and owning it.

I was given an MOT voucher when I purchased the car. It had been serviced in the meantime and was still 'in warranty', but I expected a charge for something! Everything I needed was done, the car was valeted and I did not get a bill.
