Love my new car but the customer service was extremely poor. Lack of communication from centre and paperwork was incorrect. When picking up my new car there was a problem with taxing it and I had to leave with my trade in.

I feel the dealership neglected to chase the vehicle when it didn't arrive at the end of December. It may have been due the lack of direct contact available with BMW but feel this should've been escalated a lot sooner and management failed to act.

I was told several times that I would get a phonecall back from the motability expert Omar, but he never phoned. I had to phone 5/6 times to ask to speak with him and I was always unsuccessful. The other staff were amazing, and I felt taken care of.

This visit was mainly for a routine Brake Fluid change however the rear brakes were checked (at my request) - together with front pads & all tyres. Recommendations have been taken on board for replacements with advice from Mr Bartleman.

I was particularly happy and grateful to Lewis in the service section because he was able to get the faulty sensor replaced FOC (due to the fact that the car is low mileage and not that long out of warranty).

I was provided with a courtesy car, which was brought to my house. I was sent a video showing a health check, and the mechanic, Lewis, gave me updates throughout the two weeks my X1 was in the garage.

Shaun went out of his way to help us when we had a puncture and arrived at the showroom late one evening just before the Bank Holiday! We were very appreciative of his help and support, and friendly manner. He's a real asset to the service team.

On a mechanical front, 5 stars all day, however, I wanted to purchase some items from the parts counter but 5 minutes ringing a bell (which im not sure even worked) and not being served put me off so i have deducted another star

The experience is good, but the one let down is the fact that when the car is in for service the memory settings on the driver's seat is always wiped, the technician moves the seat and it then takes ages to get it to the correct position again.

It was clearly a difficult problem to diagnose. My service contact Sean kept me informed and was most helpful in providing and extending the loan of a courtesy car when I had a family medical emergency over Christmas. I cannot praise him too highly.
