The sales person Megan was excellent. Her great communication and professional manner really made the whole process flow seamlessly.

Zaki made buying the car very easy, he was able to source the car spec I wanted in a short time frame and he was very communicative during the whole process. He put me under no pressure to complete the sale, which was very welcome.

We were offered a complimentary car wash as part of the service. Not sure if this was provided as the vehicle was still dirty when i collected it.

Arrived to collect car and noticed that the service due indicator had not been amended. Had to hang around for another 25mins whilst the car went back into the workshop. Even then it still needed a further adjustment. Also, had to chase for update.

Staff all attentive and engaging. Particular thanks to Ewelina who kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle at all times, and went out of her way to ensure that I was looked after. Service was superb (same with all contact with all staff)

Peter Vaedt are easy to deal with. The customer service is greatm staff are friendly and genuinely welcoming. They communicate well and keep you up to date during your time with them.

During the purchase I was dealing with fusco short for Neil, Alan and Craig all three of these gentlemen are a credit to the company with great hospitality as well my coffee cup was never empty and they had okay banter
