I was told several times that I would get a phonecall back from the motability expert Omar, but he never phoned. I had to phone 5/6 times to ask to speak with him and I was always unsuccessful. The other staff were amazing, and I felt taken care of.

Received a fantastic i4 as someone who has never driven an electric car I loved it my 11 year old son Bodhi loved it also and the whole day was great. We received a bag with some BMW merchandise in it my son loved it
