I have bought over 7 BMW's from Peter Vardy and from sales to after sales they are a complete credit to the brand.
Always looked after by the staff. Grace was especially good, explained all the work and associated costs and gave great advice on service plans
Car was in from Tuesday till Friday and things just kept getting added to the bill which ended up over £1k
Completely satisfied I was provided with with a video so I could see how the service was being done which is important.
Was told the likely cost and was kept informed throughout the process.
I was kept informed of the progress of work to my car during the day it was on the premises
Would have got a 5 but the service was completed over a few months (2 visits) which meant having to drop off the car twice.

Bus service into town. I requested an early pick up if possible. This was done without any problems.
Waited over an hour to get the car back once we received the call the car would be ready at 4. The car wasn't washed to a very good standard (sections were missed)

I was very satisfied with the customer service representative by being kept regularly informed with the health check and service of my car and generally looked after with beverages while I was waiting for the car.

Multiple failings within the service department at this branch. They lost my locking wheel nut key and have failed to source a new one over the past 6 weeks (I'm still waiting). They don't seem to know the T&Cs of the service packages.

Although there were a couple of issues with the work on my car due to malfunctioning service equipment Grace dealt with the situation and expedited my car so that it was ready when U required it.

Service was fine, but the quality of washing my car was very poor - I was attending a funeral the next day and needed the car to be properly cleaned - it created a lot more work for me at the last minute when I really didn't need that hassle.

Car not washed or valeted on collection did offer a voucher for next time I was passing. Unfortunately I had come over from Glasgow. Staff were rushed of their feet.
Mix up over when car was due to be returned and I was therefore without transport for the weekend. However the member of staff who was my contact (and was not on duty at the weekend) was most apologetic and very helpful.

Peter Vardy always look after their customers - from the moment you walk in. I am always kept informed as to each stage of the "works" process such that I can pretty well know the time the car will "be ready".
Always nice to go to the showroom from start to finish.

When I bought my car it had 3 year service pack and I'm used to BMW contacting me when service is due but I had to contact PV to arrange service which was a first for me
Service advisor was very good. However only 3 stars as I did not receive my vehicle health check video and the courtesy bus back to the garage was 25 mins late picking me up.
Mechanic came out and spoke to me regarding work done to my car.
A no notice puncture repair handled with speed and efficiency. Thank you Tyre Dept.
The advertised 10% off for booking online was not honoured, and the staff member couldn't explain what a standard scope was, other than saying it had to be done. A £20 scam.

it was ok no more, they done what they had to but no more, i left annoyed because an issue with stone chips on the rear sills was dismissed as just one of those things that happens where as i believe that it is due to a design fault.

The air condition fault was not Fixed within 11 days and car was handed back with air con not working and I was still charged for re-charge.
Didn't properly repair a faulty headlight sensor in Nov 18 - same sensor failed again in April'19. Booked repair and the problem was not addressed/nothing was done after I had taken time off work! Had to send it back yet again to be repaired.
I have received very good service from all the staff who have dealt with me.
Positive - the service was as expected for a main dealer. Great to get a lift to town when I hadn't booked the courtesy bus. Negative - 2 errors on my vehicle service sheet; mileage and tyre make. Minor things but expect better when paying a premium.
Quick and professional service
I appreciated the follow up call the day after to make sure everything was ok. Brian was helpful and knowledgable when discussing the issue I was having.
The car was serviced on time and was ready for pick up and valeted at the agreed time.
Do not be too opportunistic about how long some work will take. If you are unsure, dont make empty promises. Because you wasted my morning, i would have preferred to collect the car in the evening.
Pre warranty minor door noise problem remains un fixed
Could do with easy key drop, had to hang around to see advisor to turn over keys to.

Satisfied with the service and the update. I was however told that my car would be valeted within the service, which it was not carried out. Slightly disappointed from that point of view.
Reception staff need more training as they seemed to be unaware of the member of staff I was dealing with. Contract hire team were very good.
Job repaired as soon as part arrived in and Craig O the technician wad very helpful and explained to me after the repair what the fault was and how it was rectified
I had my car booked in for 9.am and never got it back until 4.pm . I received my vehicle health check at 12..15pm so what have they been doing with my car ? I dropped in at 9am
All good although slightly disappointed they couldn't arrange a small dent repair for me

Screen fitting didn't go as planned resulting in 24 hour delay for returning vehicle. On collection identified damage to alloy wheel which was not there when collected. To be fair Peter Vardy have been excellent and will resolve the issue

The staff take great care and are very polite and knowledgable. The mechanic sends me a video of my car on the ramp and exactly how it is doing. Plus I was able to book in for my service and wait as it did not take long at all.
Disappointed that my car has a needless MOT fail on record because the seatbelt wasn't checked before the MOT. Also the Shock Absorber boot wasn't covered under warranty.

3rd time in for the same repair within 1 year I have never been recommended to replace brake discs after 2 years & 24k miles of motorway driving? 4 tyres also recommended to be replaced with double the legal limit left? Repair working for now!

The aligned sales person, Kieran, was excellent. Other areas were good but room for improvement e.g. numerous contacts before sales visit, not taking a note of a change of time they they agreed to etc. Small things but important.

The level of service was great but the information given about the car was misleading as sold as a 7 seated family car . I should have been made clear you cant get child seats in the 3rd row and only 2 in the 2nd row .so the sale team need training
Brilliant day , was welcomed on arrival by friendly staff , I was introduced to Valentino who took me through all the paperwork & explained everything clearly, I was a bit nervous going to pick my car up but ended up a relaxed experience
