Excellent service from Peter Vardy BMW, Seafield. Customer services very good and transparency provided by the servicing/MOT team (video links).

Ryan in servicing was extremely attentive to my needs and, noting an issue with the car arising from the service, Peter Vardy agreed to extend the loan car period to allow me to keep it over Christmas and allowing their garage to carry out a repair.
No courtesy cars or pick ups available. Not explanation as to why software update was not advised or picked up at last service. No explanation of setting changes is car

Staff onsite are so helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem. From the small things like being offered a hot drink on a cold day to being given a lift into town whilst the car is being serviced.
Only fault was courtesy vehicle hadn't been checked over before i received it and fluid levels checked

Inside the garage the service was excellent. Nicole was customer focussed and efficient and helpful and worthy of recognition.
My only concern is that when my car was returned the sun roof is not now working! I mentioned this on a text message reply to the garage but heard no more.

Happy with everything apart from that my perceived problem has not been sorted out, as they informed me they could not consistently hear the noise that I do hear from the front suspension when the car land from speed bumps (on appropriate speed)
Sami was incredibly helpful and assisted me throughout. I was quite concerned that I could rely on perfect information about times as I was going to Spain very early next day. She OFFERED to keep me posted to when EXACTLY the car would be available

I did not use Peter Vardy Ltd, only sourced a motorcycle replacement battery via BMW assist & the battery was expensive
This is due to every member of staff I encountered but especially Nicole who was my point of contact for the service and mot. She explained everything they were going to do and kept me updated throughout.
Again same as comments about, always make sure everything is of a high standard. I would have marked it 5 out of 5 if I was offered a courtesy car for the day with my car being in for majority of day but it didn't affect me to much.
Did what they said they would do when they said it would be done. Kept me informed without being intrusive.

Peter Vardy go out of their way to make the service experience as straight forward and easy as possible.
Only reason I didn't give this a 5 was because the car was handed back in a dirtier state than when I handed it in (the interior only) There were dirty oily / greasy marks on my cream leather seat and on the mat and footrest pedal.

Great communication through-out. Car was collected and returned as required. Was given excellent courtesy car. Particularly impressed with Brian Boyd who discussed my problem with me at technical level, arranged everything and kept me informed.

Booked in for a Fast Lane Service and had to wait nearly 3hrs rather than advertised 90 mins. Service reception was professional and helpful though just seemed to be a backlog in the workshop. Poor communication as i was not informed of the delay.

MOT carried out. Was informed that the time of the appointment would be confirmed nearer the day so having been told to 'just bring the car in during the morning' I did so and then had to wait as apparently a time slot should have been confirmed.

After the service I had a call asking if I was satisfied. I voiced my dissatisfaction as above and was told this would be reported to the Service Manager. I have heard nothing more. The water in the boot suggests a design fault which is unresolved.
I purchased a premium car 2019 BMW M5 however the experience was probably the same buying a 1 series which I have nothing against however I was somewhat expecting something special or more because of the kind of purchase I made.

I booked my car in because of the Drive Train message that had shown, but the guy I spoke to tried to talk me into a service. I am not due a service for another 9 months or 11,000 miles and I'm sure he would know that.
Every time I've gone into the Peter Vardy store I've had nothing but excellent customer service, their staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
The attention afforded to the client from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave is first class. You know what is happening - the communication is excellent. The coffee service is very welcome!
Good customer service
I went in at 8:30am to have an exhaust fitted. They'd forgotten to order it and then couldn't arrange a courtesy car. So an early start for nothing. Also, I had a demo in an M4 but they'd not organised a taxed car so I only had 15 minutes in it.
The standards of customer service and repair I have experienced have been exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with: Jess, Grace, Ryan, Scott, Lee, and others have been so friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely concerned.

My car was in for MOT and I was text to remind me, I was expected and handover was quick and efficient. I was advised when my car was to be ready and was phoned at the due time. Again, handover was quick and efficient.

Appointment was available at short notice. Drop off was very quick with messages updating me on the progress of the work.
Kept updated at every step, the video health check was a nice touch. Resolved another issue that cropped up with the car a week prior to coming for the factory recall items at the same time.
I handed car in on Wednesday afternoon for MoT on Thursday. Near side rear tyre worn and had to be replaced. None in stock and delivery Friday. Advised to have alignment and tracking checked. Car eventually available 5pm Friday

the two gentlemen who oversaw my purchase could not have been more efficient, pleasant and helpful. From the moment of my first enquiry until the hand over of documents I could not have received better attention.
All staff were very professional while being friendly. Tomasz scoured the country(and beyond) to find the ideal car and due to his work i had the car within a couple of weeks rather than months. The handover was good with a demo of the key features.
