As from the moment I arrived at BMW, I WAS Offered refreshments and tv to watch.i was kept up to date with how long i may have left to wait.i was also allowed to have a car opened for me to have a good look around. I was very impressed by my visit.

During Covid-19 pandemic they made me fell safe providing all hand cleaners and cleaning areas regularly and all wearing masks.
There was no courtesy car available for my visit. Having been a customer of Peter Vardy BMW for well over 10 years, one of the sales staff whom i know well (Derek) offered their car to use until the work on mines was complete. Great service from all

Have been using this facility for over 20 years and have not been let down once.
Poor communication No updates given during the day and agreed work not completed on collection. Agreed pick-up time was 5.30pm. Our wait-time was then 90minutes - we were given back our vehicle at 7pm but with agreed work not completed.

Standard of service was exemplary.
The video health check lets me see what is being found and action required. I had use of loan car for three days while the necessary work was being diagnosed then repaired. The third day was as a result of me being unable to pick up the car on time

After a few hick ups in securing the car at the beginning zack and lorenzo went over and above to get me the car I was looking for. Zack is a Great salesman kept me informed about the car the whole process of the build and lorenzo is a great manager.
I attended during a promotional event and the centre was very busy. Whilst the experience was ok there was a lack of test drive vehicles available on the day. I would contrast that with the delivery of the vehicle was very good and efficient.

A very welcoming atmosphere at the dealership. All appropriate safeguards re Covid were in place, but without feeling overwhelming. I arrived slightly early but was seen to straight away, procedure was explained and was given a thorough handover.
The delivery of the car was held up because of the Covid virus but we were in touch with the dealership by phone throughout and were able to get the handover completed as soon as it was possible. Thomasz was there to take us through that as well.
